Eggs turned out... okay? I lined the ramakins with baby spring mix, which would have been okay, but it was a bit aged. Ick. So we each left a bit in our cups.
Timing was off too: with maybe 2.5" ID 'kins, and with two eggs per, I tried 350F for 14 minutes (last time was 375 for 17, way too hard). At 14 they were very jiggly, crystal clear on top. Back for 3 more (taking into account lost heat from opening), still soft, back for 2 more, too hard in places and too soft in others.
J is always scared to watch me try that... Probably because I usually miss.
ReplyDeleteYou appear to be quite adept!
Looked here for Sunday Morning breakfast inpiration... but no new entries!
ReplyDeleteBaked eggs it'll be again, but I'll keep the time and temp down a bit.
Would sir like a pancake post for next Sunday's breakfast?
ReplyDeleteYes, I sir would!
